We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- worn, washed, or damaged items,
- personalized or made-to-order items,
- gift cards.

Sale items remain subject to the legal 14-day withdrawal period where applicable, but are not eligible for exchanges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Right of Withdrawal – European Union
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a legal period of 14 days to cancel or return your order, without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
